The play is set in a typical Odesa courtyard on Primorskaya Street.
The neighbours go about their daily lives at a leisurely pace, until they suddenly learn about the proposed demolition of their communal house.
As always, the situation is saved by Love.
Once again, the performance features colourful Odesa humour, true Jewish wisdom, and fiery dances.

Well, bravo, the show was simply sparkling! Fresh jokes one after another, non-stop laughter! The courage to use Jewish humour throughout a theatrical performance requires the utmost sophistication from the text's authors. And it had that! Therefore, my first star goes – to them! And the actors, in their enthusiasm, were simply flying as always, even though they “don't live near the airfield” (quote!) 😀
