The play is set in a typical Odesa courtyard on Primorskaya Street.
The neighbours go about their daily lives at a leisurely pace, until they suddenly learn about the proposed demolition of their communal house.
As always, the situation is saved by Love.
Once again, the performance features colourful Odesa humour, true Jewish wisdom, and fiery dances.

I visited the El Faro theatre for the first time. I loved the atmosphere of the space, the entrance area, the saxophonist playing while guests gathered, the bar with cosy tables, and you could even buy bouquets if you wished to thank the actors.
I had never been to Odesa before, but thanks to the play, I really felt the atmosphere. The actors managed to convey the local dialect, accent and jokes brilliantly. The character of Roza (Veronika Kutsenko) was stunning. Thank you for the performance.
