These Rules define the conditions for making voluntary donations in support of the activities of the El Faro Theatre, the procedure for issuing tickets for its events and the conditions for attending them.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe El Faro Theatre carries out its activities through the Asociaci\u00f3n Social y Cultural El Faro (hereinafter referred to as El Faro Theatre<\/strong>), registered address: Avenida de las Adelfas, 12, local 1, Dehesa de Campoamor, Orihuela Costa, Alicante, 03189, CIF G44918365.\n\n\n\n By purchasing a ticket for an event at the El Faro Theatre, the visitor confirms that they have read these Rules, understand their content, and fully agree to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the purposes of these Rules, the following terms are used:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A ticket is an electronic or paper document that confirms a visitor's right to attend a specific event after making a voluntary donation in support of the activities of the El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tickets are issued upon making a voluntary donation to support the activities of the El Faro Theatre. A refund of the donation is possible only if the event is cancelled in accordance with these Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the event of cancellation of an event, El Faro Theatre shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses or damages incurred by the visitor in connection with travel arrangements, accommodation, purchase of related goods or services, or for any other reasons related to attending the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.3. If an event is cancelled, the visitor has the right to request a refund of the voluntary donation amount within 30 (thirty) calendar days<\/strong> From the date of the official announcement of the event's cancellation. Refunds will be made in the manner and according to the procedure established by El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If an event becomes impossible to hold due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, decisions of government authorities, military action, emergency situations or other circumstances beyond the control of the El Faro Theatre, the question of the possibility of returning donations will be decided taking into account the nature of such circumstances and the requirements of current legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The authenticity of a ticket is guaranteed only if it is purchased through the official website of the El Faro Theatre or through other ticket distribution channels officially designated by the El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Faro Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties without permission, or for their loss, theft, damage or unauthorized copying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Only the first presentation of a ticket with a unique QR code is considered valid. All subsequent copies of a ticket with the same QR code are considered invalid and do not grant admission to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important:<\/strong> The ticket's QR code grants one-time entry to the event. Visitors are responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of their ticket and not sharing it with third parties or making it publicly available, including on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties without prior approval from El Faro Theatre, unless otherwise provided by the terms of a specific event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes, including resale, distribution in advertising promotions, contests, sweepstakes, lotteries or other similar events, without the written permission of El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a ticket is issued by one person to another, the person issuing the ticket confirms that they have legal grounds for transferring the personal data of the ticket recipient and, if necessary, have obtained their consent to the processing of such data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When making a voluntary donation by bank card, payment processing is handled by a specialized payment service. El Faro Theatre does not receive or store full bank card details from patrons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Possession of a ticket does not grant its holder the right to use the El Faro Theatre name, ticket images, logos, trademarks or event materials for commercial, advertising or marketing purposes without the written consent of El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The visitor is solely responsible for the accuracy of their personal and contact information when purchasing a ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Voluntary donations are accepted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n For any questions regarding tickets, donations, or attending events, please contact us by email: info@teatroelfaro.es<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These Rules have been prepared taking into account the requirements of the current legislation of Spain, including legislation on consumer protection, e-commerce, personal data processing and other applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To attend the event, visitors must present a valid ticket in electronic or paper form. Upon entry, tickets are verified by scanning a unique QR code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the request of El Faro Theatre staff or security, visitors are required to present identification (DNI, NIE, passport or other official document) if this is necessary to confirm their right to attend the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.2. El Faro Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission to an event or remove a visitor from the event premises without compensation for the voluntary donation made in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Entry controls do not, under any circumstances, discriminate against visitors on the basis of gender, origin, nationality, race, language, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other grounds prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon entry, visitors may undergo a visual inspection or search of personal belongings to the extent permitted by Spanish law and the rules of the event venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For security reasons, the following items are prohibited from being brought to the event:<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Faro Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry of any items that may be deemed dangerous given the nature of the specific event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bringing food and drinks into the event area is generally prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The following are exceptions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n A visitor has the right to temporarily leave the venue of an event and return in accordance with the rules of the specific venue and the conditions of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Animals are not allowed at events, with the exception of guide dogs and other service animals accompanying persons with disabilities in cases provided for by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Visitors are required to treat the property of the El Faro Theatre, the event venue, and other visitors with care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the event of damage, the guilty party is liable in accordance with the current legislation of Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Faro Theatre reserves the right to refuse further admission to a visitor at an event or to require them to leave the venue if the visitor's actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Removal of a visitor from an event for the reasons stated above is not grounds for a refund of the voluntary donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The visitor is solely responsible for the consequences of his actions, as well as for any material damage or harm caused to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Minors are admitted to El Faro Theatre events in accordance with the age restrictions established for the specific event and the requirements of current Spanish legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unless otherwise provided by the terms of the event, children must be accompanied by one of the parents, a legal representative, or another adult accompanying person responsible for the child during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Parents, legal representatives or accompanying persons are fully responsible for the behavior, safety and compliance with these Rules of minors while at the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.3. Each visitor, including accompanying persons and minors, must have a valid ticket, unless otherwise provided by the rules of a specific event or the terms of ticket purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the request of El Faro Theatre staff, venue management or security, parents, legal representatives, accompanying persons and minors are required to present an identity document (DNI, NIE, passport or other official document) if this is necessary to confirm the age, identity or legality of accompanying the child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Failure to comply with the requirements of this section, as well as refusal to comply with the lawful requests of El Faro Theatre employees or security services, may be grounds for denial of admission to the event or removal of visitors from the event area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this case, the amount of the voluntary donation made is non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by current Spanish legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Faro Theatre strives to provide the most comfortable conditions for attending events for people with disabilities and visitors with limited mobility within the capacity of the event venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the site provides special places for people with reduced mobility, only such visitors and, if necessary, one accompanying person may use them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each visitor, including accompanying persons, must have a valid ticket, unless otherwise provided by the terms of a specific event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Visitors are required to comply with these Rules, the requirements of Spanish legislation, as well as the legal instructions of the El Faro Theatre staff, the venue administration and the security service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any attempt to use counterfeit, altered, copied or invalid tickets, or other fraudulent actions aimed at illegally gaining access to the event, will result in denial of entry to the event without a refund of the donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Persons who cause damage to the El Faro Theatre, the event venue, equipment, or property of third parties are liable in accordance with current Spanish legislation and are obligated to compensate for the damage in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If there are signs of an administrative offence or a criminal offence, the El Faro Theatre has the right to transfer the relevant information and necessary materials to the competent government agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During events held at the El Faro Theatre, photography, audio and video recording may be carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By attending the event, the visitor agrees that their image or voice may be recorded during such filming and used by the El Faro Theatre solely for the purposes of covering the theatre's activities, promoting cultural projects, preparing information materials, publishing on the official website, social media pages, and in other advertising and informational materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.2. Use of the specified materials is permitted for the duration of the copyright and without limitation of the territory of use, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Faro Theatre undertakes not to use visitors' images in ways that could damage their honor, dignity, business reputation, or violate other personal non-property rights guaranteed by law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Any professional photography, audio or video recording of the event, as well as subsequent commercial use of the resulting materials, is permitted only with the prior written permission of the El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.1. The El Faro Theatre, whose activities are carried out by the Asociaci\u00f3n Social y Cultural El Faro, is the operator (controller) of the personal data provided by visitors when purchasing tickets, registering for events and using the theatre\u2019s official services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3\/2018 (LOPDGDD) and other applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.2. Personal data is used solely for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bank card payment information is not processed or stored by the El Faro Theatre. It is processed exclusively by certified payment services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by Spanish legislation or necessary to fulfill obligations related to organizing the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The visitor has the right at any time to exercise their rights provided for by the legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
