These Rules determine the conditions for making voluntary donations to support the activities of the El Faro Theatre, booking tickets for its events, and the procedure for attending them.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe El Faro Theatre operates through the Asociaci\u00f3n Social y Cultural El Faro (hereinafter – \u201cEl Faro Theatre\u201d<\/strong>), registered office: Avenida de las Adelfas, 12, local 1, Dehesa de Campoamor, Orihuela Costa, Alicante, 03189, CIF G44918365.\n\n\n\n By booking a ticket for an El Faro Theatre event, the visitor confirms that they have read these Rules, understand their content and fully agree to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the purposes of these Rules, the following terms are used:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ticket – an electronic or paper document confirming the visitor's right to attend a specific event after making a voluntary donation in support of the activities of the El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.1. Ticket issuance is carried out after making a voluntary donation in support of the activities of the El Faro Theatre. Refund of the donation amount is only possible in the event of cancellation of the event in the manner prescribed by these Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.2. In the event of cancellation of the event, the El Faro Theatre shall not be held liable for any additional expenses, losses or damages incurred by the visitor in connection with the organisation of travel, accommodation, purchase of related goods or services, or for any other reasons related to attending the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.3. In the event of cancellation of the event, the visitor has the right to apply for a refund of the voluntary donation amount within 30 (thirty) calendar days<\/strong> from the day of the official announcement of the cancellation of the event. Refunds are made in the manner and method established by the El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.4. If holding the event becomes impossible due to circumstances of force majeure, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, decisions of public authorities, military actions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the control of the El Faro Theatre, the issue of the possibility of refunding donations shall be resolved taking into account the nature of such circumstances and the requirements of the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.5. The authenticity of the ticket is guaranteed only if it is issued through the official website of the El Faro Theatre or through other ticket distribution channels officially specified by the El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The El Faro Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties without appropriate authorisation, as well as for the loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised copying of tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Only the first presentation of a ticket with a unique QR code is considered valid. All subsequent copies of the ticket with the same QR code are considered invalid and do not grant the right to attend the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important:<\/strong> The ticket QR code grants the right of single entry to the event. The visitor is obliged to ensure the security of the ticket and prevent its transfer to third parties or publication in the public domain, including social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.6. Tickets are personal and non-transferable to third parties without prior agreement with the El Faro Theatre, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the specific event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The use of tickets for commercial purposes, including their resale, distribution in promotional campaigns, competitions, prize draws, lotteries and other similar events without the written permission of the El Faro Theatre, is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.7. If a ticket is booked by one person for another, the person making the booking confirms that they have legal grounds for transferring the personal data of the ticket recipient and, if necessary, have obtained their consent to the processing of such data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.8. When making a voluntary donation by bank card, the payment processing is carried out by a specialised payment service. The El Faro Theatre does not receive or store the full bank card details of visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.9. Possession of a ticket does not grant its holder the right to use the name of the El Faro Theatre, ticket images, logos, trademarks, or event materials for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes without the written consent of the El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.10. The visitor is solely responsible for the accuracy of their personal and contact details provided when booking the ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Voluntary donations are accepted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.11. For all enquiries related to ticketing, making voluntary donations, or attending events, you can contact us by email info@teatroelfaro.es<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These Rules have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of Spain, including legislation on consumer protection, e-commerce, personal data processing, and other applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.1. To attend the event, the visitor must present a valid ticket in electronic or paper form. Upon entry, the ticket will be verified by scanning the unique QR code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the request of El Faro Theatre staff or security personnel, the visitor must present an identity document (DNI, NIE, passport, or other official document) if necessary to confirm the right to attend the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.2. El Faro Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry to the event or to remove a visitor from the event premises without compensation for the voluntary donation made, in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The exercise of entry control shall under no circumstances permit discrimination against visitors on the grounds of gender, origin, nationality, race, language, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or any other grounds prohibited by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon entry, visitors may undergo a visual inspection or search of personal belongings within the limits permitted by Spanish legislation and the rules of the event venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.3. In order to ensure safety, it is prohibited to bring to the event:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The El Faro Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry to any items that may be deemed dangerous given the nature of a specific event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.4. Bringing food and drink onto the event premises is generally prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Exceptions are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Visitors are entitled to leave the venue temporarily and return in accordance with the rules of the specific venue and the conditions of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.5. Animals are not permitted at events, with the exception of guide dogs and other assistance animals accompanying persons with disabilities in cases provided for by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.6. Visitors are required to treat the property of the El Faro Theatre, the event venue, and other visitors with care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the event of damage, the party at fault shall be held liable in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.7. The El Faro Theatre reserves the right to refuse a visitor continued attendance at an event or require them to leave the venue if the visitor's actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The removal of a visitor from the event on the specified grounds does not constitute grounds for a refund of the voluntary donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The visitor is solely responsible for the consequences of their actions, as well as for any material damage or harm caused by them to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1. Underage visitors are admitted to El Faro Theatre events in accordance with the age restrictions set for the specific event, as well as the requirements of applicable Spanish legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unless otherwise provided for by the terms of the event, children must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another adult companion who bears responsibility for the child during their visit to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2. Parents, legal guardians, or accompanying persons bear full responsibility for the behaviour, safety, and compliance with these Rules by minors during their attendance at the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.3. Every visitor, including accompanying persons and minors, must hold a valid ticket, unless otherwise provided for by the rules of a specific event or the ticket purchase terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.4. At the request of El Faro Theatre staff, venue administration, or security personnel, parents, legal guardians, accompanying persons, and minors are required to present an identity document (DNI, NIE, passport, or other official document) if necessary to verify age, identity, or the legality of accompanying the child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.5. Non-compliance with the requirements of this section, as well as refusal to comply with the lawful demands of El Faro Theatre staff or security personnel, may be grounds for refusing admission to the event or removing visitors from the event premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this case, the amount of the voluntary donation made is non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by the applicable laws of Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.1. El Faro Theatre strives to ensure the most comfortable conditions for attending events for persons with disabilities and visitors with reduced mobility, within the capabilities of the event venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.2. If the venue provides designated spaces for persons with reduced mobility, only such visitors and, if necessary, one accompanying person may use them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.3. Every visitor, including any accompanying person, must hold a valid ticket, unless otherwise provided for by the terms of a specific event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.1. Visitors are obliged to comply with these Rules, the requirements of Spanish law, as well as the lawful instructions of El Faro Theatre staff, venue management and security personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.2. Any attempts to use counterfeit, altered, copied or invalid tickets, as well as any other fraudulent actions aimed at unlawfully obtaining access to the event, shall constitute grounds for refusal of entry to the event without refund of the voluntary donation amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.3. Persons who cause damage to El Faro Theatre, the event venue, equipment or third-party property shall be held liable in accordance with applicable Spanish law and are required to compensate for the damage caused in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.4. If there are indications of an administrative or criminal offence, El Faro Theatre has the right to transfer the relevant information and necessary materials to the competent state authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.1. Photography, audio and video recording may be conducted during El Faro Theatre events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By attending an event, the visitor agrees that their image or voice may be captured during such recording and used by El Faro Theatre solely for the purpose of covering the theatre's activities, promoting cultural projects, preparing informational materials, publishing on the official website and social media pages, as well as in other promotional and informational materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.2. The use of the specified materials is permitted for the duration of the copyright term and without restriction as to the territory of use, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.3. El Faro Theatre undertakes not to use images of visitors in ways that could damage their honour, dignity, or business reputation, or infringe upon other personal non-property rights guaranteed by law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.4. Any professional photography, audio, or video recording of the event, as well as the subsequent commercial use of the obtained materials, is permitted exclusively with the prior written permission of El Faro Theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.1. El Faro Theatre, operated by Asociaci\u00f3n Social y Cultural El Faro, is the controller of personal data provided by visitors when purchasing tickets, registering for events, and using the theatre's official services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3\/2018 (LOPDGDD), and other applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.2. Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.3. Bank card payment details are not processed or stored by the El Faro Theatre. Their processing is carried out exclusively by certified payment services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.4. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by Spanish legislation or necessary to fulfil obligations regarding the organisation of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.5.
