The play is set in a typical Odesa courtyard on Primorskaya Street.
The neighbours go about their daily lives at a leisurely pace, until they suddenly learn about the proposed demolition of their communal house.
As always, the situation is saved by Love.
Once again, the performance features colourful Odesa humour, true Jewish wisdom, and fiery dances.

We attended the opening of the 4th season of our favourite El Faro theatre. We were really looking forward to the premiere of part 2 of 7/40. And for good reason — BRAVO!!! A FULL HOUSE!!! The actors truly managed to effortlessly immerse the audience in the atmosphere of an Odessa courtyard and keep everyone laughing throughout the entire play. The acting, set, script – everything was top-class! A wonderful start to the new season!

A wonderful comedy for a light, pleasant evening. The music, the costumes, and the magnificent acting – we liked everything.
Everything was woven into the plot so interestingly that the audience became one single company of witnesses. Pure delight! Our family went to the first part twice. We will happily go to this performance again in time.
